TRON Community Wallet ▷ The best TRX wallets in comparison!
Faced with tons of options to save your TRX coins? Our Tron Wallet Guide will help you set up and use your Tron wallet.
What are the TRON Community Wallets?
The Tron community has set itself the task of creating various Tron wallets. And with success: the community has currently released options for the following devices: Android, web wallet, Chrome, desktop and iOS.
Wallets mentioned in this guide alone are accepted and supported by the official Tron website. The correct download depends on which device you want to use to store your TRX coins.
All wallets are now based on the Tron blockchain. Tron used to be an Ethereum ERC-20 token. In the meantime, however, the Tron blockchain has started and TRX coins are no longer compatible with Ethereum-based wallets.
If you send your TRX coins to an Ethereum wallet now, you will likely lose your TRX Coins.
Which coins are supported by the TRON wallet?
These wallets are specially designed to store TRX coins and not any other coins, but it is certain that in the future all will support cryptocurrencies based on the Tron blockchain.
The best Tron wallets:
After you've bought your TRX coins, you'll need to create a wallet to store and use your coins.
Which is the best wallet for you will depend on which platform you want to use.
TRX web wallet
· Recommended by the Tron official website.
· Easy to set up and use.
· Device: Desktop.
Once you've done the download, you'll see your installation screen. This password in combination with your private key will unlock your Tron TRX wallet, so make sure you choose a secure password.
You will then be prompted to download your keystore file. This download enables you to gain access to your wallet if you lose your device. Never share your keystore files with anyone. We recommend creating an offline flash drive and deleting the file from your computer.
As soon as you click on 'Next', your private key will be displayed. We recommend that you never save this key on your computer, but rather print it out or write it down with pen and paper.
Never give your private key to third parties. Keep it safe and treat it like the PIN number for your bank account. As soon as you click "Next", your wallet will be created. Then just click the "Go to account page" button.
Step 2: how to use the Tron Web Wallet
In order to deposit TRX-Coins into your new wallet, you have to give the sender your public address. You can find this in the homepage area. If you want to get your TRX-Coins from an exchange, just enter this public address as the recipient address.
